August 1914 2325 NSJ	This house was the only Euclid Golf house featured in the important 1917 publication "Beautiful Homes of Cleveland." We wonder why there were not more of Deming's houses featured...
2312 NSJ doorway detail
August 1915 2312 NSJ	2312 was photographed quite a bit by Deming. This house has been subject to what may be the most dramatic alteration of any house in Euclid Golf, on par with the alteration to the Thomas White house at 2335 Delamere. What was essentially a deep, narrow house was made into a much larger L shaped house, with as much frontage as depth. We suspect that, like the White residence, this alteration was made early in the life of the house.

August 1916 2319 NSJ	The original detailing on this house is lovely. It was common for houses to eventually lose their trellis work. We hope these photos inspire current owners to replace details such as this.
