The Board of Education of the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District, Cuyahoga County, Ohio held a special meeting in the public meeting room of the Board Building, at 2155 Miramar Boulevard, University Heights, Ohio, on March 20, 1997 at 6:30 p.m.

Mrs. Sumner, President, called the special meeting to order at

6:35 p.m.

Also Present: Dr. Paul W. Masem, Superintendent

Note: Mr. Eric Silverman arrive at the meeting at 6:41 p.m.

No. 97-03-043 It was moved by Mrs. Thigpen, seconded by Mr. Wertheim

that the Board move into Executive session to discuss

Ayes: Mr. Wertheim, Mrs. Sumner,

Mrs. Woodard, Mrs. Thigpen

Nays: None

The Board moved into Executive session at 6:37 p.m. and ended at 7:28 p.m.
